A natural collaborator and creative thinker, Kat thrives on a new challenge. This includes a passion for helping people to reach their goals, build their confidence and gain a different perspective in order to realise their potential and successes.

 

A keen skier and lover of adventure sports, Kat spent the early years of her working life on the slopes as a ski guide for a luxury travel company. Attracting a diverse mix of clients meant that Katherine often had to flex her people skills in order to ensure they got the most out of their holiday and gained the confidence to step outside their comfort zone.

 

Discovering a flair organisation and uniting people led Kat to pursue a less traditional route into a career in Marketing and Events at Stylus – a trend intelligence business – proving that the best paths are not always the most obvious. It was here that Katherine realized her penchant for strategic events, partnerships and social media.

 

This mindset has stayed with Kat ever since, leading her to take a leap within Stylus from Marketing into its bespoke research department, Stylus Advisory, where she now oversees Advisory project management for global brands including VW, Marriot, Warner Brothers and Starbucks.
